Pet of the Week: pretty cat and playful dog ready for adoption
Meet Eileen!
Eileen was brought in from a neighborhood and she is looking for a new family to love. Eileen is a rare dilute calico, with beautiful coloring of gray, peach and white. She was a little nervous at first, but after a couple of days, she made herself at home in her small enclosure, greeting guests and staff with a friendly chirp and eager head bump. This pretty 2-year-old cat is available right now.
Meet Luna!
Meet Luna, the talkative and playful Husky with a personality as unique as her stunning looks. At 3 years old and 40 pounds, Luna is the perfect medium-sized companion who loves the great outdoors. Whether it’s splashing in water or playing in the snow, Luna is always ready for an adventure and will happily tag along wherever you go. While not overly rambunctious for a Husky, Luna is an active girl who thrives in an energetic home. She loves staying busy and would be a great fit for an active family who enjoys spending time outdoors. Luna has done well with other dogs, especially when introduced properly, though she prefers friends who are on the calmer side. Currently participating in the Puppies for Parole program, Luna is housetrained, crate-trained, leash-trained, and knows all her basic commands.
