St. Joseph Community Chorus planning holiday concert

Preparations are underway for an annual holiday concert.

The St. Joseph Community Chorus will present “Christmas at the Cathedral” with the Fountain City Brass Band from Kansas City. There will be two concerts, with one at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15, and the other at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 16, at the Cathedral of St. Joseph, 519 N. 10th St.

Audiences can expect to hear familiar holiday classics. Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and free for students.

Gray Manufacturing is sponsoring this year’s event.

After each performance, there will be a reception in the cathedral’s basement.
