A tree walk and dedication event along Northwest Parkway in St. Joseph is set for this weekend hosted by Persisterhood of St. Joseph.

The group will meet at noon on Saturday, Oct. 19, at the arbor with stone benches just off the sidewalk on the west side of Northwest Parkway a quarter mile south of Lovers Lane. Elizabeth Latosi Sawin will lead a walk and dedication of 10 newly planted trees in the “Persisterhood Grove.”
