The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce honored new business leaders with the 2024 New Executive Welcome on Tuesday.

Hosted at the Fulkerson Center at Missouri Western State University, the annual luncheon recognizes individuals promoted to management positions at local companies.

This year, 53 new executives were recognized including Jessica Agnew, executive director of the Allied Arts Council, and Nathaniel McHaffie, city planner for St. Joseph.

The event opened with a welcoming speech from Bobbie Bell-Crenshaw, the 2024 new Executive Welcome chair. Following her speech, Ashley Albers, chairman of the board, talked about St. Joseph’s accomplishments and achievements.

Ky Turner, president and CEO of the St. Joseph Mustangs, was the event’s keynote speaker.

Participating sponsors include but are not limited to Altec Industries, The Accel Group and BlueScope Buildings North America.
