Democratic Women’s Club to discuss Middle East war

The Israeli-Hamas/Gaza war will be the focus of the Buchanan County Democratic Women’s Club meeting at noon on Tuesday, April 23, at San Jose Steakhouse, 4015 S. Belt Highway.

Dr. Dan Trifan, Missouri Western State University European history professor emeritus, provides context for the war and its consequences, including taking a look at the United States’ foreign policy in the Middle East.

The club’s meetings are open to the public. Attendees are welcome to come at 11:30 a.m. to order from the menu.
