Afterward, it’s time to put the crafts away and get your dancing shoes out for the after-party. D.J. Swig will be playing live music for vendors, guests and partiers alike to enjoy. Head down to 3414 S. 22nd St. on Saturday to join in on the fun.

She has numerous encounters with a variety of characters including a Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat and the Queen of Hearts along with a tea party that’s out of this world. Guests can attend the 2 p.m. or 7 p.m. performance Saturday at the Missouri Theater. To purchase tickets, visit Dance Arts Center’s website at thedanceartscenter.com/alice-in-wonderland.

After the partying, dancing and ninja slicing, settle in for an afternoon of classical music in the Saint Joseph Symphony’s second mini-symphony.
