Recipe corner: Three-cheese hash brown bake

This hash brown bake comes together quickly and easily and makes a perfect side dish.
Three-Cheese Hash Brown Bake
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 cup (8 oz) of sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (32 oz) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, garlic powder and pepper until blended. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
2. Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 55-65 minutes or until golden brown and the potatoes are tender. Let casserole stand 10 minutes before serving.
