Recipe corner: Congealed salad

2 small (or 1 large) pkg any flavor Jello
1 ¾ cup hot water
12 large marshmallows
½ pint whipping cream (1 cup)
1 Tablespoon milk
1 small can crushed pineapple
½ cup chopped nuts
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Set aside.
Place marshmallows and milk in glass bowl; microwave about 20-30 secs to melt marshmallows.
Mix this with the Jello, then refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
Add pineapple, whipping cream and nuts.
Pour into a Jello mold or a dish. Refrigerate until firm, at least 60 mins. Slice and serve.
