Rest in peace, Miss Pat

In the November 28 issue of Corner Post, we introduced readers to Pat Wells, an amazing, active lady with credentials to reflect on the past ten decades. When we interviewed her, she said she looked forward to seeing the article in print and she looked forward to spending Thanksgiving with family. Last week, a family member informed us that Pat was very pleased with the article and was happy to be able to share it with her children and grandchildren during a happy Thanksgiving celebration. That evening she drifted off to sleep and peacefully passed away. Rest in peace, Miss Pat.
