Recipe corner: Emmett’s Bar-B-Que sauce

This BBQ sauce recipe is sure to impress.
1 lb onions
1 cup sugar
2 small bell peppers
1 tsp salt
2 stalks celery
1 — 24 oz bottle of ketchup
4 large cloves of garlic
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 lemon
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup mustard
1 — 15 ½ oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 stick butter
Grind onions, bell peppers, garlic, celery and lemon in oil. Add other ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes. This recipe makes a lot and may be canned or frozen.
