Proud parents, Ty and Rachelle Whitmore, and big brother, Carson, announce the arrival of little sister, Charlee Mae Whitmore, on Aug. 17, 2022. She arrived at 2:25 p.m. weighing 7lbs 6oz and was 20.5 inches long.
