Dalylah Rybolt part of Pony Express Council historical moment

Pony Express Scouting America is pleased to announce that Dalylah Rybolt was selected Sept. 14 as Section G-5 Vice Chief of the National Order of the Arrow program.

Dalylah is a senior at Maryville High School and an Eagle Scout from Troop 74. She competed with scouts from Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa for this position.

Dalylah is currently the Lodge Chief of the Pony Express Council Order of the Arrow O-Ni-Flo lodge, which has only been in existence since 2018.
