John and Jeannie Saunders celebrate 60 years!

John and Jeannie Saunders will celebrate 60 years of marriage on Jan. 26, 2024. The couple were married on Jan. 26, 1964, while on semester break of their senior year at the University of Missouri. Upon graduation they moved to the family farm at 8230 S.W. State Route J, Osborn, MO 64474, where they currently reside.

They were blessed with two sons, Lyle, who resides in San Francisco, California, and Mark, who is deceased but leaves his wife, Stacie, and two sons, Calvin and Porter, who reside with their mother in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

John and Jeannie will be hosting an open house at the American Legion Hall on Main Street in Stewartsville, Missouri, on Jan. 27, 2024, from 1 to 4 p.m.
