Jacob Meikel is the Sports Director at News-Press NOW and has served in the role since 2022. Jacob has been a member of News-Press NOW since November of 2020. 

He is also a St. Joseph native, having graduated high school at Mid-Buchanan and earning his bachelor’s degree in convergent journalism at Missouri Western State University.

In his free time, Jacob enjoys watching sports, keeping up with the latest news around the world and spending time with family and friends.
