Daniel Byford

Daniel (Dan) was born in Virginia and moved A LOT growing up. At some point, he realized the odds of making it as a Major League Baseball player were slim and pivoted his focus toward a career in media. 

He attended Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, graduating in 2019 with a major in Broadcast and Digital Journalism. 

Dan worked part-time, seasonal, and contract jobs on the radio and in streaming in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Texas before moving to Missouri in 2024. He's been a producer for News-Press NOW since June of that year.
