Ashley Luthans

Ashley Luthans is a Multimedia Journalist at News-Press NOW who covers local businesses in the community. Ashley started at News-Press in February 2023 as an intern and has worked full-time at the company since June 2024.

Ashley, a St. Joseph native, graduated from Missouri Western State University in May 2024 with a bachelor's degree in convergent journalism and public relations and a minor in digital media. At Missouri Western, Ashley was involved in Griffon Media, serving as a reporter and editor for the Griffon News and anchor for KGSM-TV.

When she's not working, Ashley has a passion for the performing arts, from Broadway to music festivals to stand-up comedy.
