Eric Michael Lederer, 50, of St. Joseph, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, in St. Joseph. He was born April 15, 1973, in St. Joseph. He attended Savannah, Missouri, High School and worked as a painter. He enjoyed fishing and anything outdoors, and was a talented artist. Eric was baptized at St. Patrick Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by daughter, Erica Lederer and brother, Bobby Clinton.

Survivors include mother, Carmen (George) Clinton, St. Joseph; father, Fred Lederer Jr.; sons, Dakota and Derek Lederer, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; brother, Fred (Lora) Lederer III; sisters, Jessica (Anthony) Olvera, and April (Eric) Wilson; as well as several, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, the Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. Friday, at the Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the St. Patrick’s Bell Tower repair fund.
