Jack Raymond Hunt 86, of St. Joseph, passed away Sunday Dec. 22, 2024, at his home. He was born Aug. 1, 1938, in Waterloo, Iowa son of the late Eleanor and Forest Hunt.

He attended King City High School. Jack was and over the road Truck Driver a job which he loved. He enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard and Robert Hunt; and a sister, Pat Workman.

He is survived by daughter, Sheila (Mike) Tittsworth, Clarksdale, Missouri; sister, Karen York-Crossland; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, and four great- great-grandchildren; his former wife, Deana Hunt; step-daughter, Mary Lou Starr; step-son, David Rix; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Saturday with a memorial services following Saturday, Dec. 28, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Rupp Funeral Home, Pastor Skip Crisp officiating.
