KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Rodney Lee Phillippe, 28, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2024.

Rodney was born to Jerry Phillippe and Georgia Holder on June 26, 1995. He graduated from Central High School.

He was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Bobby and Beverly Phillippe; his uncle, Bobby Phillippe, and uncle, Randy Phillippe, that raised him; as well as a sister, Natasha Scott; and cousins, Bobby “Bump” Isabella, Rosalynd, and Autumn Phillippe.

He is survived by his aunt, Coral Phillippe, who raised him, Georgia Holder; his children, Morgan and Elijah Phillippe, their mother, Aaron Lutnam; brother, Jerry Jr.; sisters, Chianne Phillippe and Heaven (Andrew) Pinion-Coope; as well as cousins, Carrie and Crystal Phillippe, Terry Throckmorton, Bobby (Megan), Michael (Janean) and Aminda Phillippe; aunt, Uni Phillippe and companion Codi Vanover.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, at Rupp Funeral Home.
