Early Learning Center HVAC Renovations
(Published in the St. Joseph News-Press Fri. 4/25/25 and Fri. 05/02/25) ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: Sealed Proposals, for the St. Joseph School District – Edison Elementary, Eugene Field Elementary & Mark Twain Early Learning Center HVAC Renovations will be received at Creal Clark & Seifert Architects/Engineers, Inc. until 2:00 P.M. (local time). Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at that time. Contractors may obtain copies of the Drawings and Project Manual from Creal Clark & Seifert A/E, Inc. after Thursday, April 24, 2024. Each Contractor will be responsible for returning the received Construction documents in good condition within five (5) days following the Notification of Award of Contract. Each unreturned set will be invoiced to the Contractor at 100.00 per set. Drawings and Project Manual can also be obtained with a link to the Online Documents at no charge. Call CCSAE for information. This project is Tax Exempt and requires Prevailing Wage and Bonds.
