ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) -- Authorities say officers found multiple rifles and several other items of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia while executing a recent search warrant at Arrowhead Construction Services, LLC.

According to a probable cause statement, the search warrant was executed in St. Joseph Friday morning on April 18, where authorities identified the residence at 144 SE Turner RD belonging to Todd M. Arnold of St. Joseph.

During the search, around 7:46 a.m., members of the Buchanan County Drug Strike Force, Sheriff's Office, SJPD, and MSHP reportedly discovered numerous items linked to Arnold, including methamphetamine, materials used for packaging and selling illegal drugs, prohibited firearms, and several stolen vehicles: two motorcycles, an ATV, a pickup truck, a flatbed trailer, and a motor with transmission."

Three individuals were taken into custody: a 51-year-old male, a 36-year-old male, and a 38-year -old female. The investigation is ongoing.

The sheriff’s office says this is just one of many situations they’re constantly fighting to keep drugs off local streets.

"it's extremely important that we continue to combat illegal drugs such as methamphetamine, fentanyl, and anything that can harm our community and harm our children," said Buchanan County sheriff Bill Puett. "We want to make sure the people that are selling this junk on our streets are dealt with."

According to the Sheriff’s Office, all case information will be submitted to the Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges.
