Meet Ursa Major!
What a handsome dude! If you look past the scratched ears and scruffy fur, Mr. Ursa Major is the star you’ve been looking for. This great-looking and personable guy was outside having to scrounge for a living until recently. But he loves people and will circle your legs and head butt you right out of the gate. Ursa Major is FIV positive from living the hard life on the streets, but that won`t keep him from having a long, happy life. FIV cats can catch colds easier from other cats, so he would be an ideal indoor solo pet. He would love to be your lucky star.
Meet Slate!
Slate is a 1-year-old pitbull mix with a heart as big as his goofy ears! This sweet boy is full of love and personality — he’s the perfect mix of playful energy and snuggly affection. Slate absolutely adores food, playing outside, and spending time with his favorite people. He’s also great with other dogs and enjoys the company of his canine pals. Slate is currently thriving in the Puppies for Parole program, where he’s become a star student! He’s housetrained, leash-trained, crate-trained, and knows all his basic commands. Plus, he’s polite, well-mannered, and always eager to please. With his silly ears, speckled nose, and lovable nature, Slate is impossible to resist.
