Buckler, RC 1981-2025 Clarksdale, Mo.

CLARKSDALE, Mo. – RC Buckler, 43, Clarksdale, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

He was born Sept. 18, 1981 to Danny Buckler Sr. and Laura (Owens) Renfrow in St. Joseph.

RC dedicated many years to the construction industry, where he took great pride in operating dump trucks. He was also skilled at working on cars, with the hood popped open and tools in hand.

His personal time often found him enjoying the thrills of the casino. Above all, RC cherished moments spent with his son and family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cecil and Helen Buckler, Ronald Sr. and Barb Owens; uncles, Donald Buckler, Wayne Belcher, Ernest Owens, Jeffrey Owens, and Jackie Buckler; cousin, Danny Ray Williams.

Survivors include his father, Danny Buckler Sr. (Linda); mother, Laura Renfrow; son, Herald Buckler; siblings, David, Danny Jr., Bobby, Ryan (Kelly), and Kyle (April); grandmother, Sara Sprague; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1 p.m. Monday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.

Inurnment Mount Auburn Cemetery at a later date.

The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation.
