It’s Your Call for April 8

No wonder

Trash, trash, trash. Isn't there a city code with putting your trash in trash cans with lids instead of on the ground? It's not supposed to be out, and that's all you see is bags on the ground instead of in trash cans. Animals have torn the bags open and trash is everywhere. No wonder St. Joe is so dirty with trash. Please help.

St. Joe proud

I just came southbound on 229, just east of the incompleted viaduct abandonment work. There's something there. Is that a homeless camp or a new dumping ground I see? St. Joe, proud, baby.

The man to do it

I see we had another demonstration this weekend in St. Joseph for Donald Trump. I think he's doing a good job, too. Keep up the work. We need to make a change in this country, and President Trump's the man to do it. Keep up the good work with Elon Musk. Elon Musk is doing a wonderful job bringing out waste, fraud and abuse in our government, which needed to be done for years. Thank God for Donald Trump and Elon Musk.

Return to old beliefs

When I was a staunch Republican, we believed in free trade, balanced budgets and the rule of law. Today, Republicans seem to believe just the opposite. Our budgets are increasing. Trade is being limited. And the rule of law, particularly due process, is really taking a beating. We need to return to what we believed years ago.

Never wins anywhere but there

Well, King Trump last week imposed his tariffs, tanked our economy, lost over $7 trillion in two days of American money, then gets on a plane at taxpayers' expense, flies to Mar-a-Lago where he played golf for three days. You know why he goes there? So he can cheat. He only wins there. He never wins anywhere else, but he always wins championships there.
