This morning, we start off mostly dry for the early morning commute, but by mid-morning, rain chances increase as showers become more widespread throughout the day. Later this afternoon and evening, expect periods of light rain. Temperatures won't change much today, we're starting in the low 40s this morning and will only reach the upper 40s by this afternoon. Winds will remain light from the east, sustained at 5–10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

Tomorrow, lingering light showers are possible into the early hours of Saturday morning. Otherwise, skies will be dry for the rest of the day, with showers remaining south of I-70. Temperatures will stay below average, with highs near the low 50s Saturday and mid-50s on Sunday. Overnight lows will dip to near or below freezing starting Saturday night.

More sunshine returns next week!
