Downtown book store hosts book signing

The Story Collective, in Downtown St. Joseph is hosting a book signing by a local author this Saturday, Feb. 22.

Author Joseph Kopel is currently on tour to promote the second book in his science-fiction/fantasy book series, "The Nehel Series."

The signing scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday is part of Kopel's book tour.

Book one of the series is titled, "The Empress' Journey: Tikl the First of Nehel" was released in December of 2023.

The second installment of the series, titled "The Empress' Palace: Tikl the Second of Nehel was released this past December. 

Both books of the series can be found for free on Kindle Unlimited, or purchased through Amazon.com in e-edition for $2.99 each and paperback form for $16.49 each.

Additionally, "The Empress' Journey" is available for purchase on Amazon.com in hardcover form for $49.99. 

Kopel authored one previous novel, titled "De Aranka's Kiss: Book One: Kiss & Metamorphosis", which was released in 2017 and is currently out of print. 

Another work by Kopel, titled "The Promise", has been teased on the author's social media to release since October of 2023.
