Northwest hosts winter commencements

Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri, is hosting two winter commencement ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 13.

The ceremonies are scheduled for 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Bearcat Arena at the Lamkin Activity Center located on the NWMSU campus.

For individuals who cannot attend in-person, a livestream of each ceremony will appear at www.nwmissouri.edu/live at the time of each commencement.

NWMSU is expecting approximately 1,800 graduates to attend one of the two ceremonies on Friday.

In addition to the two commencement ceremonies, NWMSU is also hosting “Grad Fest” for all graduates from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12 in the Student Recreation Center.
