Faust, David A. 1929-2024 St. Joseph, Mo.

David Alvin Faust 95, passed away Thursday Dec. 19, 2024, in St. Joseph. He was born June 28, 1929, in Pennsylvania, son of Dr. Martin and Anna Faust.

He married Donna Moser on December 29, 1951. He graduated from University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri, with a degree in Engineering. David worked for Pennsylvania Railroad, Standard Oil and Butler Manufacturing, as an Engineer. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He loved the west, hunting, fishing and canoeing. He was a member of the Raytown Christian Church. David was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by wife, Donna Faust; sons, Brian (Teresa) Faust, St. Joseph, and Kevin Faust of Warsaw, Missouri; grandson, Cody (Chelsea) Faust; granddaughter, Anna (Joshua) Rangel; great-granddaughter, Milani Rangel.

He will be cremated under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home. There are no scheduled services at this time.
