BELLOWS FALLS
First Baptist Church
The First Baptist Church of Bellows Falls at 9 Church Street offers worship service at 10 a.m. every Sunday.
This week, members will look into 2 Corinthians 5:17. Paul reminds: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” God’s love, grace, and mercy can powerfully change and renew our lives. This inner transformation comes from knowing we are loved and forgiven of any wrong we have done or has been done to us. The realization of knowing we do not have to live in shame changes our old ways of thinking and behaviors. As we become more integrated, our behaviors reflect the teachings of Jesus. When we connect to Divine love, we become more compassionate, empathetic, and loving. As we allow God to transform us, we learn to care for others more deeply, bear one another’s burdens, and live a life that is a mirror of God’s love.
Coffee time follows the service. For more information, call 802-463-3220. Offerings and donations can be mailed to 9 Church Street, Bellows Falls.
