Sandra May Flynn, 75, St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024. She was born Oct. 22, 1949, in St. Joseph, to George and Billie Sue (Williams) Sechler.

Sandra married Larry Flynn on Dec. 24, 1988. He survives of the home.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Sandra enjoyed cooking and hosting family gatherings. She also was a seamstress and enjoyed spending her time sewing.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Georgie Demoss and Rudy Sechler.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Larry; children, Thomas Lewandowski, Darold Searle, Cathy Morris, and Tameka Flynn-Rainwater (Harvey); grandchildren, Chanel (Kenneth II), Mikal (Anna), Jacob, Taylor, and Brandon; and great-grandchild, Kenneth III.

Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, 411 Jules B-3, St. Joseph, MO 64501.
