He was born April 15, 1952, to Ivan W. Thompson Sr. and Anna (Puckett) Thompson.

Farewell Services 10 a.m. Monday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.
