St. Joseph Animal Shelter to close Friday for offsite training

St. Joseph Animal Shelter officials announced Thursday that the shelter will be closed on Friday to allow staff to participate in key offsite training. 

“We appreciate your understanding as we take this opportunity to enhance our skills and better serve our community and its animals,” a Facebook post from the shelter read. 

The shelter will resume normal hours after the Friday training session takes place.
