FAUCETT, Mo. — Steve B. Pierce, 65, of Faucett, Missouri, passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2024, in a St. Joseph hospital. He was born Nov. 10, 1958, in St. Joseph, son of Jessie Lee and Martin Lee Pierce. He graduated from DeKalb, Missouri, High School, and married Karen McDevitt on March 7, 1981, at the DeKalb Christian Church.

He was the co-owner and operator of St. Joe Agri Services. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cutting wood, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a member of the DeKalb Christian Church.

Steve was preceded in death by father, Martin Lee Pierce; mother, Jessie Lee Gardner; and brothers, Ronnie, Larry, and Dennis Pierce.

Survivors include: wife, Karen Pierce, of the home; three sons, Kyle (Mara) Pierce, Clayton (Ashley) Pierce, and Cameron Pierce; nine grandchildren, Carter, Mason, Meelah, Parker, Elizabeth, Callie, Allie, Eli, and Avery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Funeral services and public live stream; 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024, at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Westlawn Cemetery.
