Community leaders are working to bring the idea of Felix Street Market to life, and they are asking residents to share their thoughts.

“Imagine an indoor/outdoor space where local farmers, artisans and food vendors can come together and fill downtown with fresh produce, unique crafts, delicious meals and more,” a Chamber press release said.

Community members can share opinions through an online survey at https://felixstreetmarket.com/community-survey/.

Residents can also voice their thoughts in person at several events: Parties on the Parkway from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12 (Remington Nature Center, 1502 McArthur Dr.), Cup of Joe at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18 (East Hills Library, 502 N. Woodbine Road) and Sounds of Summer from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20 (Coleman Hawkins Parks, Seventh and Felix streets).
