Noyes Home celebrates 130 years with Take a Seat fundraiser

By Kendra Simpson
The Noyes Home for Children will be celebrating 130 of nurturing and empowering St. Joseph families this weekend with its annual Take a Seat auction.
Take a Seat is the nonprofit’s most significant fundraiser of the year. All proceeds will go toward providing emergency shelter and temporary or long-term care for the children, as well as supporting parental custody in the Home’s effort to maintain family stability.
The fundraiser will be held 6 p.m. Saturday at the St. Joseph Country Club. The event will feature a Silent Auction, Super Silent Auction, Fund-a-Need and more. Tickets will be $100 per person, or $1,000 for a table of 10. Space is extremely limited and will soon be sold out.
Along with the event, Noyes Home will be hosting an online live auction beginning Wednesday. To participate in the live auction or purchase tickets to the fundraiser, visit the event’s webpage at my.onecause.com.
