Lesa Diane (Stamp) Wall, 76, was called to the lord on July 30, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. Born on Nov. 19, 1947, to John and Delores (Moore) Stamp, in St. Joseph, where she lived most of her life. She graduated from Benton High School in 1966.

Lesa married her beloved Everett Wall on May 1, 1992. She retired as the Chief Deputy of Recorder of Deeds of St. Joseph. Lesa was a member of the St. James Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending her journey with her husband gambling, playing cards with friends, traveling with their daughter, and fishing.

Lesa was proud of her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She cherished her lifelong friendships and enjoyed making new friends. Lesa had a particular interest in gardening, planting flowers, baking, and watching the red birds and hummingbirds. She brought light and joy to those around her that will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Stamp.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Everett; daughters, Laura Jackson and Jennifer Goin (Aaron); grandchildren, Joshuaa Kessler, Kauri Patterson, Zacherie Meeks, Drew Attebury, Luke Attebury, Jaydn Goin, and Carson Goin; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings John Stamp (Candace) and Michael Stamp (Sharon); several nieces; nephews; cousins; and many lifelong friends.

Rosary to be recited at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2024, at Rupp Funeral Home, visitation will follow from 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, Aug. 3, at St. James Catholic Church at 10 a.m., with Father Jonathan Davis celebrant. Lesa will be cremated under the care of the Rupp Funeral Home. A private burial will be set later at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
