The Chiefs and Royals do need to move, but not to Kansas. Jackson County is a large county but there is too much poverty. Platte County is the wealthiest county in Northwest Missouri. The perfect spot to build new stadiums is southeast of the airport along I-435. Go where the money is.
Use it as inspiration
Hey, if y’all go through with that splash park, why don’t you go down to Platte City and take a look at theirs first? It is fantastic. It has all kinds of things. It’s huge. Y’all got the room up there, and you need to put some benches and tables under some shade for the parents. So, why don’t you drive down to Platte City and take a look before you make any designs for this one?
