TROY, Kan. – Patricia Jean (Dutton) Triplett, 92, of Troy, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

Pat was born June 18, 1931, in Chicago, Illinois, to Dorothy (Anderson) Dutton-Delaney and Earl Dutton.

She married William (Bill) Triplett in 1948. They lived in Troy all their married years.

Pat graduated from Highland High School, attended Highland Juco, then graduated from Benedictine College with a degree in Home Economics.

In later years she was employed at Troy High School as office staff and at Midway High School as a Home Economics teacher.

Pat was a member of Troy Christian Church and a member of SLK Library.

Pat was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was very involved in her community.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, Drew Triplett.

Survived by: daughter, Claudia (Richard) Gronniger, of St Joseph; granddaughters, Bree Masters (Jeff), of Wathena, Kansas, and Carly Hufft (Tommy), of Parkville, Missouri; five great-grandchildren, Garrett Masters, Colton Masters, Morgan Masters, Dylan Hufft, Brody Hufft.

There is no scheduled family visitation. Friends may view from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2024, at the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home, in Troy.

Public Graveside Service: Tuesday morning, June 11, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Mount Olive Cemetery, Troy.

Memorials: Troy Christian Church.
