Cub Scout Pack 913 of Rosendale was busy in April earning service hours and having fun!

The Pack is helping FMS Metals with road side clean up. The Scouts and leaders worked really hard picking up trash along T Highway. They worked east from the facility towards 71. Next time, they will work from the facility towards the town of Amazonia. Pack 913 would like to thank the Andrew County Sheriff’s Department and Amazonia Fire Department for slowing traffic to keep the Cub Scouts safe.

Over the weekend of April 19-21, Pack 913 embarked on an Ozarkian excursion. The first stop was BSA Camp Hohn. Second stop was Ha Ha Tonka State Park. They hiked and did some sightseeing at the Blue Spring, Natural Bridge, Water Tower and Castle. Then they had some amazing ice cream in Eldon at the Ice Cream Factory. Third stop was Starks Cavern where they made base camp and slept in the cave. Fourth stop was Bagnell Dam. It was an amazing experience with an amazing group of parents and scouts. Thirty-eight people attended the trip. These are experiences and adventures that many of the youth wouldn’t have done otherwise.
