OZARK, Mo. — The Benton Cardinals finished off a dominant season Thursday afternoon by winning Missouri Class 4A baseball championship.

The Cards defeated Blair Oaks, X-X, in title game, held at the Ozark Mountain Sports Complex. The win pushed Benton’s record to 33-3 while Blair Oaks fell to 25-14.

Blair Oaks R-II is a public high school located in Wardsville, Missouri, just south of Jefferson City.
