One hospitalized after shooting Wednesday night

A 31-year-old man is in critical but stable condition after being shot Wednesday in the area of 13th Street and Frederick Avenue.

The 911 call came in at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday after the man was found in the back parking lot near River Bluff Brewing Company by patrons, according to the St. Joseph Police Department.

He was transported to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph for his injuries.

Police are still investigating the incident.
