Drug enforcement officer to speak at Republican Club meeting

A leader of a local drug task force will speak to the Northwest Missouri Republican Club at its monthly meeting on Thursday, May 16.

Capt. Shawn Collie of the Buchanan County Drug Strike Force will speak on the multi-jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Group, which serves the citizens of Buchanan County and Northwest Missouri. The social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner and the presentation at 6:30 at Bandanas Bar-B-Q, 4225 Frederick Ave. Those attending can order off the menu.
